A minimalist approach to a contemporary new build was adopted to complement the breathtaking setting. Framed by majestic Pohutakawa trees offering panoramic views of the sea, the design called for thoughtful restraint to preserve the natural beauty while enhancing it with strategic accents. Understanding the importance of maintaining the vista as the focal point, the design delicately balanced accent planting and refined border wall treatments. Adding to the serenity, a reflective water feature was integrated, allowing water to seamlessly merge with the expansive sea view.
